K-Pop Trading Cards Are Here: fromis_9 & MEOVV Teleca Boxes

We just added something a little different to the shop — sealed Teleca K-pop trading card boxes featuring fromis_9 and MEOVV. If you follow K-pop or know someone who does, these are worth a look. Here's everything you need to know.

What Is Teleca?

Teleca is made by break & company, a Korean brand that's been in the trading card game since the 1990s — originally producing KBO baseball and KBL basketball cards. They now hold K-pop licenses and apply the same collector-grade format: numbered rarities, relic cards, and on-card autographs.

These aren't idol photocard packs from a music store. They're structured like sports trading cards, with defined pull odds, hobby-grade hits, and a real secondary market.

The on-card autos are the money cards — hand-signed, low-numbered. Relic cards contain an actual piece of costume or material worn by the idol.

Box 2: MEOVV — Teleca Collection Card

Card Types

9 tiers: Base · Rare · Rookie · SP · Signature · SSP · Autograph · Relic · Relic Autograph

MEOVV is a newer group under The Black Label (BLACKPINK's label). Their Rookie cards carry extra weight for that reason — early-year cards from a group with that backing tend to hold value. The Relic Autographs are the top hits.

New group upside: MEOVV's fanbase is still growing. K-pop card prices are driven more by fan demand than pull odds — a group that breaks through big after a set releases can push prices up fast. Sealed boxes of debut-era sets tend to benefit most.

Are These Legit?

Yes. Both boxes are factory-sealed with Teleca's branded shrink wrap (a standard tamper seal on Korean hobby boxes). Licensing info, manufacturer details, and customer service contacts on the back all match Teleca's other releases. Produced by break & company, Seoul, Korea.

What Are They Worth?

The closest Teleca comparable — the 2025 K-Pop Rookie box — sells for roughly ₩70,000 on KREAM and around $45 on eBay. Expect these in a similar range, with MEOVV potentially carrying more upside given the group's trajectory.

For current pricing, check KREAM, Bunjang, or eBay sold listings. K-pop card prices move fast with comebacks and chart activity, so timing matters.

Collector tip: Check for centering and print quality before grading any hits — Korean hobby cards can vary run to run, and condition is everything on low-pop cards.
